Returns and Exchanges
In Store: Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days for your original form of payment. Please be sure to bring your original form of payment along with you when making your return. Returns must be unworn and have tags still attached. All sale items, jewelry and undergarments are final sale. However, jewelry purchased as a gift can be brought back for store credit. Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be returned for store credit only. Customers returning full-priced items within 8-30 days will be issued a store credit. Your store credit will never expire.
Online: All full-priced merchandise purchased online can be returned within 7 business days from when you receive your merchandise. Returns postmarked more than 7 business days from original delivery will not be eligible for a full refund. You may be given store credit if the return is made within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer using their preferred method of shipping. Customers may also bring an online purchase into the store for a complete return within 7 days of receiving said item.
In Store: We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
· TZ Rewards are redeemable only at Terese Zache Boutique.
· For every 1 net dollar you spend at Terese Zache Boutique (tax not included, less net dollars on any returns), you earn 1 point.
· For every 1000 points you earn, you earn $20.00 in TZ Rewards.
· You must reach a new 1000 point level to be able to qualify for the Rewards at that new level.
· Rewards can be redeemed only after each 1000 point level is attained, and only up to that level (there are no “interim” levels), and cannot be redeemed for any other reason.
· TZ Rewards can be used as credits against the price of any full price or sale items. No hard cash or other method—bills or coins, credit card refunds, etc.—will be paid back to redeem Rewards.
· Returned merchandise will be deducted from your Rewards account.
· Reward points are non-transferable.
· Once you have earned a reward you will have 1 year to use that reward. Any rewards unused after 1 year of earning will expire.
· Reward points will be kept on the system for as long as the Rewards program is in effect, and the store is operating and open for business under the trade name Terese Zache Boutique.
· Terese Zache Boutique reserves the right to terminate the TZ Rewards Program at any time and for any reason. If the Program is so terminated, all Reward Points and TZ Rewards will also terminate as well. Terese Zache Boutiques assumes no responsibility for any costs or other factors incurred by such termination to anyone including the Rewards member.
· By joining the Rewards Program, the Rewards member acknowledges and agrees to all of the above.
Shipments are made via UPS and USPS. We charge $12 dollars for shipping and handling. We will ship all of our orders ground. If you need an order rushed please call the store for assistance. We do not accept international orders. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
We are happy to special order an item for you if we do not have your size available in the store. There is a $12 shipping and handling fee on all special orders. Special orders must be paid for in advance including the $12 fee. No discounts or promotions will apply. Special orders can only be returned for store credit.
Please keep in mind that the colors of products online may be slightly different than the actual garment due to various screen settings.
Our goal is to keep our website as up to date as possible. In some occasions we may have an item listed on our site that is no longer available. To check on availability please call the store and one of our staff members will assist you.
Our store hours are Monday – Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. However, the owner reserves the right to change these hours for any reason such as inclement weather, special events, etc.
If you are contemplating a purchase or need items set aside for any reason, we can hold merchandise for up to 48 hours. Sale items cannot be put on hold.
At the present time we do not offer in-store alterations. However, we are happy to recommend local businesses who provide this service. Terese Zache Boutique takes no responsibility for the outcome of an alteration. We also cannot offer a return after an item has been altered.
